1. About the Service

Swing Lookalike ("the Service") is a free entertainment application that compares your baseball swing to those of famous baseball players using computer vision analysis. The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only.

2. Entertainment Only

The Service is an entertainment product, not a professional coaching, scouting, or biomechanical analysis tool. Match results are algorithmically generated comparisons and should not be interpreted as professional assessments of batting ability, form, or potential. Do not make training, coaching, or health decisions based on results from this Service.

3. Independent Product

Swing Lookalike is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball (MLB), any MLB team, or any individual player. Player names are used solely for the purpose of algorithmic comparison.

4. User Content

By uploading or recording a video, you confirm that you have the right to share that video and that it depicts you or someone who has consented to being recorded. Do not upload videos of other people without their permission.

Videos are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after analysis. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service at scale without permission

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY RESULTS OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
