Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Swing Lookalike Postseason Pick ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by PWK LLC, 2315 Oneida Street, Salt Lake City, Utah ("Sponsor"). Swing Lookalike is not affiliated with Major League Baseball or any individual player.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If a winner is under 18, the prize will be fulfilled through their parent or legal guardian. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. Entry Period

The Entry Period begins September 28, 2026 and ends when the final game of the 2026 Major League Baseball postseason is played ("Entry Period"). Because that date depends on the length of the series, Sponsor will post the exact closing date on this page once it is known. Entries submitted after the Entry Period closes are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit swinglookalike.com, upload a swing, and while it is analyzing submit your prediction for which team will win the 2026 Major League Baseball postseason along with your phone number. Entries are free and no purchase is necessary. Consent to receive marketing messages is optional and is not required to enter or to win.

Bonus entries. After your result is ready you can share a link to it. Each person who follows your link and completes their own swing earns you one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries. Bonus entries are counted automatically from the link itself; sharing is optional and is not required to enter or to win. Only one (1) base entry per person — if the same phone number is submitted more than once, only the first counts, and any bonus entries attach to that first entry.

6. Prize

Each of the fifteen (15) winners will receive baseball merchandise supplied by Sponsor with an approximate retail value of $15. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $225. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection

Fifteen (15) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries that correctly predicted the winning team. The random drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period. If fewer than fifteen (15) eligible entries are correct, all correct entrants will win and no further prizes will be awarded. If no entry is correct, fifteen (15) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible correct entries received. Each entry, including bonus entries earned under section 5, is counted separately in the drawing, so additional entries increase an entrant's chance of being selected.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via text message to the phone number provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require a winner (or parent/guardian if under 18) to provide a shipping address to fulfill the prize.

9. Phone Numbers and Text Messages

When you enter, you provide your mobile number and tick a box agreeing to receive texts. Those texts are of two kinds: messages about this Sweepstakes, including letting you know if you win; and occasional messages about baseball products and offers.

You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. After that we will not text you again, apart from one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We will never sell your phone number, and we will never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Numbers provided before October 3, 2026 were collected under earlier rules that limited their use to winner notification and prize fulfillment. We will continue to honor that: those numbers will only be used to tell someone they have won and to send their prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical malfunctions.

11. Limitation of Liability

BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Sponsor's state of residence.
